1957 Chevrolet Stepside Pickup Truck

Niente male !!

Engine: An SLP LS2 406ci (6.6L) stroker engine shows off its Kinsler EFI with seven-inch trumpet style injector tubes. MSD coils and wires were capped over sparkplugs that enter the RHS aluminum cylinder head combustion chambers. A pair of custom fabricated 2-inch headers exhaust the burnt gasses through a pair of Dynatech mufflers.

Base Chassis: Totally tubular. This one-of-a-kind round-tube chassis was constructed from 1 1/2-inch O.D. .120 wall mild-steel. The parallel round-tubes were separated by 1/4-inch-thick dimple-holed steel plate. An all-Corvette C6 suspension was fine-tuned with Ride Tech Shockwave airbags up front and cantilevered Ride Tech air springs in the rear. The power of the SLP LS 406ci was transferred from the CenterForce single disc clutch that is linked by a torque tube to the Tremec T-56 six-speed manual transmission bolted to a C5 transaxle.
